Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on View Basket then Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You may then "send your order" via our secure server or print out your order and Fax (01360 440066), E Mail or Post it to us with your payment.
Prices
All Prices shown exclude the current rate of VAT and delivery charges.
Delivery
For cigarette bin orders over £100, delivery is FREE.
(Mainland UK only)
Standard delivery charge for orders under £100 is £6.95.
For delivery costs outwith mainland UK, please contact us.
Smoking Shelters have individual delivery costs. Please check the item description for the delivery charge for each of these products.
Payments
Payment on dispatch. We accept:
- Visa, Delta, Switch, and Mastercard securely online or over the phone
- Sterling Cheques (drawn on a UK bank account, made payable to Bins Direct Ltd)
- Paypal - Pay securely with any major Credit or Debit Card through PayPal (having a PayPal account is not required)
Bins-Direct Ltd would advise customers not to pay using American Express due to additional charges being applied by the card company which are out with our control. You may pay through PayPal using AMEX at your own risk. Bins-Direct Ltd will not be held responsible for any additional charges which may be applied to the transaction.

- Postal orders (made payable to Bins Direct Ltd)
- Cash on deliveryis available in some areas. Contact us for more information.
We aim to despatch your order the next working day from receiving your order on stock items.
Guarantee
All our products carry a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee against faulty materials or manufacturing. We guarantee to provide you with the most suitable products to deal with the problem based on our experience, however, we have no control over the end user application of the products. Understandably, acts of vandalism or collisions are not covered by this guarantee.

Returns
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging and at your expense. We will refund the full cost of the item (not carriage costs) less 10% re-stocking fee, within 30 days. Please e mail, BEFORE you return any products.
If you wish to return faulty goods you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund or replacement. The product must be returned to us complete, including all packaging, if possible. Please e mail, BEFORE you return any products.
Shipping and handling, Post and packing
Is not included in the price and is calculated by weight or volume and added on the order form for all UK mainland destinations, other destinations (worldwide) will be quoted a Shipping and Handling cost before despatch. For delivery to the Scottish islands please phone.
